With a lifelong passion for health promotion and enhancing quality of life, my journey in midwifery has been motivated by a commitment to holistic care, prioritizing both emotional and physical well-being, and fostering meaningful connections with clients. I continue to learn and be inspired by the transformation that clients and their families go through during their unique journey to parenthood.

I graduated from the Midwifery Program at the University of British Columbia in 2019, and have been fortunate to attend the births of families in Vancouver, Kelowna, Campbell River, and Uganda. Before embarking on my midwifery path, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, deepening my understanding of physiological processes and the intricate mind-body connection. I am passionate about integrating this knowledge into my midwifery practice, enriching the care I provide to my clients.

In my spare time I love camping, paddle boarding, and running... Really, any activity which gets me outside with my family and friends!

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of your birth experience and look forward to meeting you!
